CST does not heal or cure anything - it very simply encourages the body to self-regulate and heal itself.

Sessions
Sessions are currently being conducted at a distance. I know. I was skeptical at first too. But it works.
I can sit in observational, non-judgmental, full presence with you regardless of our physical proximity. Many of my clients actually now prefer to receive their CST while in the snuggly comfort of their own bed!
But, how?! How does it work? What is the mechanism behind the efficacy of CST at a distance? The simplest example I can give is that of how a radio works. A radio receiver picks up radio waves (which are invisible) and can be intentionally tuned into a specific radio station. The result of this focused intention is that instead of the chaos of static, we hear the coherence of a song. Our attention affects an outcome. In the exact same fashion we can set our focused intention on literally anything in the Universe, (even if it's invisible!) resulting in an inevitable interaction and inevitable change. Let's put that focused attention on YOU and what you need to heal and make change happen!

CST
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that enhances function of the Central Nervous System (CNS). The CNS receives and relays information, delivers nutrients appropriately and removes toxins and wastes. Amplifying production and distribution of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) supports the CNS in supporting all systems in the body. Fluid is the primary conductor of information in the body, and clear and unimpeded communication is essential for the many moving parts of the body to achieve optimal function as a whole. CST seeks and supports optimal body structure and function.
CranioSacral Therapy is able to alleviate a wide variety of dysfunctions. Some examples are: |

Concussions and CST
Concussions are currently epidemic amongst athletes (and others too!) at any performance level, particularly in the arenas of football, soccer, hockey and lacrosse. Many people who experience a concussion find themselves with lingering symptoms that can last for weeks, months or years, a condition now termed "post-concussion syndrome, or prolonged concussion syndrome." There is a growing body of scientific evidence supporting the benefits of CST for alleviating head and neck pain, brain fog, dizziness, and other symptoms. Below are some links attesting to this research, as well as some helpful and supportive information regarding concussions in general.

to the surface." - Eric, Cambridge, MA
"Amy has given me Craniosacral Therapy on and off for eight years. Her gifted hands have helped me immensely to deal with fibromyalgia, to heal a very old tailbone injury from a horseback-riding fall and to alleviate neck and jaw problems. I'm very particular about who touches me; Amy is a powerful and powerfully kind woman who guides her healing energy to work with my own. Her work is a gift." - Denise, Chelsea, MA
"I feel very grateful to have found Amy and recommend her highly for her Craniosacral work. She is fantastic! I took my newborn son to see her and it has been a really positive experience. Amy’s commitment to her work and her skill were evident in her interactions with my son. He was always calm, happy, and curious at the sessions. I don’t remember him crying once. After each session he was calm, slept well, and I feel that we have made great progress with the treatments, progress that otherwise would not have been possible. The treatments I had myself always left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. We traveled an hour each way to see Amy, because of how good she is." - Paulina, Framingham, MA

I thought it was all woo-woo craziness at first, but after years of suffering, CST liberated me from painful, debilitating migraines in just a few sessions. Seriously! It has healed many a trauma in my three lacrosse, hockey and football-playing sons (thanks for all that CST practice guys!). In nearly 15 years of private practice I’ve helped tons of people ditch their mental, emotional & physical pain and re-claim their highest health and wellness. I blend my CST expertise with my deep knowledge of the human psyche and my real-time, lifetime experiences of consciousness exploration. My practice currently focuses on recovery from concussions and post/prolonged-concussion syndrome and anyone who aims to raise their consciousness and embody their personal integrity.
