Craniosacral Therapy

Amy Mercury
The Body is a
Self-Correcting Mechanism

This is true! Just ask the Autonomic Nervous System. The ANS controls involuntary functions in the body that are critical for survival - think blood pressure, respiration, digestion, body temperature and more. Self-correction at it’s finest!

You Have
the Power to
Heal Yourself

Also true! Every physical issue we experience starts out as a belief or thought. Our thoughts create our outer world, that is, our reality. The good news is that we can change our thoughts at any moment, and create a new, soul-aligned and healthier reality.

Remote/Distance Craniosacral Therapy

Yes, distance craniosacral therapy is a thing and yes, I do offer remote sessions. Distance work is suitable for babies and children, people experiencing pain, and those who cannot travel. Hmm. Who am I kidding? Distance CST is suitable for EVERYONE!

Therapy Sessions
My Approach

Using my heart, mind, intuition, and craniosacral training, I empower you to expand your consciousness as you navigate YOUR unique healing process. I can compassionately and comfortably sit with your deepest trauma and pain and guide you to transform those energies into the sweetest love and joy you can possibly imagine.

About me

I am an Upledger-trained Craniosacral therapist and have been empowering others to heal themselves for over 15 years. If you're experiencing emotional and/or physical pain, I can help you figure out the root cause(s), support you to resolve your symptoms, and share strategies and techniques that you can use to feel good and create a joyful, nourishing and purpose-full life.

Conditions I've worked with include:

& Headaches
Chronic Neck & Back Pain
TMJ Syndrome

Please reach out to me if you are experiencing something not mentioned here. This is by no means an exhaustive list. I am happy to set up a consult call to see if we are a good fit for each other.

Craniosacral Therapy at a distance may sound impossible - but I've had Amy's super excellent craniosacral therapy in person (for years) and at a distance (more recently) and I can honestly say that the distance work is even more powerful than her hands-on work. In fact, I can actually feel as if her hands are on my head. From time to time during a session I will tell her where I can feel her working and it almost always connects. Her work has to be experienced to be believed. In 40 years of working in holistic health care myself, I've had many different practitioners work on me with a variety of modalities and Amy stands out as one of the best!
